It seems that everyday the notion of traditional marketing becomes a nostalgic memory of days gone by. Yet bizarrely businesses still cling on to the same activities they've done for years, or worse, stop doing any marketing at all.

I'm not saying that you should junk everything and start again, clearly there are some great 'old-fashioned' techniques that are still going strong, such as word-of-mouth and networking.

But, I think we all need to acknowledge that evolution has turned into a revolution of how customers choose to interact with companies and brands, and the way in which they find and use information.

The kind of services I offer now, are totally different to those I offered 10 years ago. But there are still key aspects of what I do remains the same:
