Goodacre Carpets of Kendal

 
Goodacre Carpets is an axminster carpet manufacturer based in the Lake District.

They are well known for high-quality, hard wearing carpets at the top end of the market. Goodacre came up with the idea to launch a new range of carpet made from the Herdwick sheep – a breed only seen in the English Lake District.

Brightspark’s role was to re-brand the company to coincide with the launch of the Herdwick Collection. This included:

• Total company re-brand (working with designer Adam Thorp)
• Preparation of all launch marketing materials for the Herdwick Collection
• To work with the National Trust to run a national joint press campaign

The Herdwick Collection can now be found in major high quality carpet retailers up and down the country, and Goodacre has recently began exporting to the USA & Japan.
