We spend roughly a half day together where I take a critical overview of what you are currently doing, we discuss what you want to achieve, and then we put together an easy to follow plan that will take your business on the the next level.

Obviously every client is different, but the session agenda is roughly this…

1. I send you a questionnaire beforehand, which you fill in.

2. I do a bit of background research on your business, your digital footprint and your market sector.

3. I prepare some ideas for you.

4. During the session, we run-through what you’ve been doing, discuss what has worked well and what hasn’t, and we start looking at the ideas I’ve prepared.

5. I also show you some tools and techniques you may not have seen to save you time and effort.

6. At the end of the session, I give you some homework. And I prepare some planning templates that you can use over and over.

Here’s what you get:

1. A questionnaire that will get you to focus on your business purpose, your message, target audience and brand.

2. Around 4 hours of my time, working with you 1:1 either at my office or via Zoom. (There will be tea breaks).

3. An action plan outlining what you should do next.

4. Some planning templates, where I fill in the first 6 months for you.

5. A follow-up call to see how you are getting on.
